Job Description

  • Position: Key Account Lead
  • Working Area: Tokyo
  • Salary: 8 million - 15 million

Application Requirements


  • Develop/Maintain our great business relationships and provide upsell proposals based on service usage to promote increases in total sales and number of orders.
  • Utilize revenue management and increase performance growth.
  • Use problem solving techniques based on the customer feedback, and propose improvement plans for products and services.
  • Build relationships with not only local departments of each client, but also their global departments.

Preferred Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher, with 8 years of sales experience or more.
  • More than 5 years of corporate sales experience in the Food and Beverage, Internet Services, E-Commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication, with good problem-solving ability and client management skills.
  • A Strong sense of responsibility and a proven sales record.
  • Native Level Japanese ability.
  • Business Level English ability.
  • Mandarin ability is a plus.
